Content Determination of Berberine in Fujie Lotion by RP-HPLC / 中国药房

ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To develop an RP-HPLC method for the content determination of berberine in Fujie lotion.METHODS:The separation was performed on Agilent 1200 technologies XDB-C18(250 mm?4.6 mm,5?m)column with acetonitrile-0.02%monobasic potassium phosphate(4555)as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL?min-1.The UV detection wavelength was set at 265nm.RESULTS:The linear range of berberine were 0.029 6～0.236 8?g(r=0.999 1)with an average recovery of 99.21%(RSD=1.10%,n=9).CONCLUSION:Established method is sensitive,simple,rapid,accurate and reproducible for the quality control of Fujie lotion.
