ABSTRACT

OBJECTIVE:To observe clinical efficacy of edaravone combined with Yinxing damo in treatment of acute cerebral infarction and effect on neurologic function.METHODS:74 cases of acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups (n=37).Observation group were treated with edaravone combined Yinxing damo and control group were treated with Yinxing damo only.Clinical efficacy,neurologic function defection and the level of blood lipid of 2 groups were compared.RESULTS:Effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than in control group,there were statistical significance in difference between 2 groups (P
