ABSTRACT

Platelet aggregation, plasma factor Ⅷ-related antigen (Ⅷ RAg) and fibrinogen were measured in 23 newly diagnosed diabetic patients after two weeks on diet alone, and at the 2nd, 4th and 6th month during treatment with glipizide. 9 of the 23 patients had microangiopathy and the other 14 had not.
