ABSTRACT

The article introduces a micro colorimetric method of iron nitrate-mercury Ⅱ thiocyanate to quanfitate chloric ion in serum.It is easy to operate, Its linear relationship, exactitude and developing colour stability are all very good. It is suitable for the application of the spectrometer and the auto analysis instrument. The experiment shows that the best wave length 535 nm can be used to dispel effectively the interfering of thc jaundice (hepatogenous) pigment of the hemocytolysis (hematogenous pigment This method makes use of less blood, and it is rapid, exact. So it is suitable for the batch examination examples in clinical biochemistry laboratory. To spread the method the efficacy can be raised effectively.
