ABSTRACT

Suppurative Samples from 52 CSOM patients were analysed for its e.tiological elements with the methods of aerobic culture, L-phase-bacteria culture and anaerobic culture, the detective rates of which were 76.9%, 76.9% and 23% respectively. There was no significant relationship between the detective rates and clinical types of CSOM.
