ABSTRACT
Objective:
To observe the effects of Qingluotongbi granule(QLT) on the changes of cytokines in adjuvant induced arthritis(AIA) model of rats.Methods:
The AIA model of rats were induced by complete Freunds adjuvant. Various doses of QLT were given by gavage once daily for 21 days.Results:
QLT〔7.2,14.4 g/(kg?d).ig〕markedly decreased the levels of IL-1 and TNF-? in AIA rats.Conclusion:
QLT has modulating effects on the alternations of cytokines of AIA model.
