ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the correlation of expression of P53 and SLeX with the potentials of invasion and metastasis in papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC). Methods The expression of P53 and SLeX in 46 cases of PTC, 20 cases of nodular goiter(NG), 20 cases of chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis (CLT) and 15 cases of normal thyroid (NT) tissues was investigated by catalyzed signal amplification (CSA) immunohistochemical technique.
