The Applied Value of ?HU of Plain CT Value in Symetric Cerebral Structrue Among Healthy Group in Diagnosing Super Acute Cerebral Infarction / 实用放射学杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective To obtain the normal reference value through researching ?HU of CT scanning symetric cerebral structrue among healthy group and to study its value in CT diagnosing super acute cerebral infarction.Methods 33 volunteers with normal neuro system were undertaken routine plain CT scanning to measure the symetric cerebral structrue on 7 pairs of tissues of each person and caculated 231 ?HUs. All the data were analyzed statistically to get a normal reference value, which was compared with the ?HU of 30 super acute cerebral infarction cases (33 suspected symptoms)confirmed by follow-up.Results The mean?HU of CT scanning symetric cerebral structrue among healthy group was 0.39 with Q=0.48(?HU) a maximum of 1.79 (?HU) and minimum of 0.00 (?HU). Among the pathological change group, the mean ?HU of CT value was 3.62 with Q=2.44 (?HU), a maximum of 8.34(?HU) and minimum of 1.2 (?HU).
