Bacteria causes neonatal pneumonia and it's antibiotic sensitivity

ABSTRACT
Study 134 neonatal pneumonia who admitted National Institute of Pediatrics from 2001 December to 2002 November. Tracheal secretions of patients were cultured for bacteria caused pneumonia and appropriate antibiotics.

Results:

Common bacteria caused pneumonia were bacteria gram (-), the highest was Klebsilla pneumoniae, that resisted most of common antibiotics, and well sensitised with amikacine and 3rd and 4th generation cephalosporines and tienam.
