ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate therapeutic effect and toxici ti es of neoadjuvant chemotherapy(NACT) with Carboplatin(CBP) and 5-Fluorouracil (5-FU) for the patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma(OSCC)by chronomodul ated administration. Methods:73 patients with T3 and T4 OSCC, ad mitted from March 2002 to April 2004, were randomly divided into two groups,37 c ases were in chrono-chemotherapy group (groupⅠ) and 36 cases in routine-chemo therapy group (group Ⅱ).
