ABSTRACT

Objective:

To explore the relationship among self-esteem,identity and attribution tendencies of secondary vocational technical school students.

Methods:

Surveying 600 students with the questionnaires of self-esteem,identity and attribution tendencies when they were in grade 1,2,3.

Results:

Apparent correlations existed among self-esteem,identity and attribution tendencies,and significant differences existed in different genders,grades and urban and rural areas.

Conclusion:

Vocational schools should develop education of mental health and counseling,and teachers should students' should be concerned mental health about so as to guide them to get positive self-esteem,self-confidence,and self-identity,and choose the correct way of attribution.
