ABSTRACT
Objective To investigate the molecular mechanism of EGF signal pathway on cell cycle in prostate cancer adrogen-independent cell line DU-145. Methods FAC scan was used to analysis the cell cycle and the proliferation ability was measured by MTT assay.We further detect the expression levels of cell cycle factors by Western blotting.
