ABSTRACT

Objective:

To evaluate the application of analyzing neutrophil cell surface marker CD64 in diagnosis of premature infants infection.

Methods:

109 infants inpatient in neonatal department(including NICU)were enrolled in the study.CD64 was measured by FCM,which was compared with C-reactive protein(CRP)and IL-6.
