ABSTRACT
Objective:
To explore the reliability and validity of Geriatric Depression Scale(GDS) when used in Chinese rural community-dwelling elderly.Methods:
GDS, Social Support Rating Scale(SSRS) and Activities of Daily Living(ADL) were administrated to 412 community residents aged 60 years or more.13 of the 412 were re-tested after 20 days by telephone.Results:
