ABSTRACT

Objective:

To investigate the expression and clinical significance of metastasis suppressor gene Kiss-1 and KAI-1 in colorectal cancer.

Methods:

In situ hybridization was used to detect and analyze the gene expression of Kiss-1 and KAI-1 in 61 cases of colorectal cancer and 20 cases of normal para cancer tissue.

Results:

In situ hybridization revealed that the positive expression rates of Kiss-1 and KAI-1 in colorectal cancer were significantly lower than those in normal para cancer tissue (P
