ABSTRACT

Objective:

To study the practical value of a new techinigue of perforating vein ligation.

Methods:

Enlightened by Subfascial Endoscopic Perforator, we isolate perforating vein in subfasica through little incision, and then ligate and cut perforating vein. The change of the symptoms and signs were observed, and the clinical severity grade of pre-operation were compared with that of post-operation.

Results:

The symptoms and signs of patients are improved after operation, and the clinical severity grade of postoperation of the patients was significant different, comparing with that of pre-operation.

Conclusion:

The effect of perforating vein ligation through little incision at subfascia is effective and its complications are few.
