A STUDY OF SOME PROPERTIES OF ?-BT-HRP CONJUGATES AND THE PERIODATE METHOD OF PREPARATION / 第二军医大学学报

ABSTRACT

Some properties of ?-BT-HRP conjugates and its periodate method of preparaton were investigated.The results of SDS-PAGE, absorption spectrum, and the observations proved that the conjugates were heterogeneous, but stable ; the good conjugates had an O.D.403nm O.D.280nm ratio(RZ) of approximately 1.0.The periodate method used in this study was reproducible. The conjugating effect between ?-BT and HRP was high.
