Study on the pharmacokinetics of alprazolam at different dose in rats / 中国药理学通报

ABSTRACT

The pharmacokinetics of alprazolam in 18 rats was studied by using reversed-phase HPLC. The pharmacokinetic characteristics were fit to one compartment opened model after intragastric administration of alprazolam at doses of 50,20 and 2 mg ? kg-1, respectively.
