ABSTRACT

Objective: To measure the expression of E cadherin (E cad) and ? catenin (CTN) in transitional cell carcinomas (TCC) of bladder and to study the relationship between the expression and biological behavior of the carcinoma. Methods:Expression of E cad and ? CTN were measured by flow cytometry in 30 cases of frozen bladder carcinomas. Results: The fluorescence index (FI) of E cad and ?
