RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PLASMA PROCALCITONIN AND THE INTESTINAL MUCOSAL INJURY IN PATIENTS WITH LIVER CIRRHOSIS / 解放军医学杂志

ABSTRACT

To study the relationship between plasma procalcitonin(PCT) level and intestinal mucosal injury in patients with liver cirrhosis(LC), plasma PCT levels in 78 patients with LC were determined by immunoluminometric assay, endotoxin(ET)and the indicator of intestinal mucosal injury-diamine oxidase(DAO)activity were measured by fluorometric assay, TNF-? and IL-6 were measured by ELISA.
