ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the relationship between medical service material resource and information resource by systemic analysis of the wounded in the battlefield, medical service material resource and information resource under modern information war. Methods We retrospected the wounded delivered from battlefield to backside by material circulating theory and information theory. Results The concept of “combined wounded flow” was originally proposed in this paper. The concept of the “wounded flow”, “material flow” and “information flow”, and the association among them were discussed. Conclusion The medical service material flow is the material basis of the wounded flow while the information flow regulates the wounded flow. So it is concluded that the information flow drives the wounded flow circulate, which is important to medical evacuation in modern information war.
