ABSTRACT

Objective To evaluate the effect of low dose Xuezhikang on the regression of arteriosclerosis plaque in carotid artery. Methods Thirty patients with perennial dizziness and headache were enrolled (including the persons of normal blood lipid). The plaque and blood lipid level were evaluated before and after treatment with Xuezhikang capsule for 3 to 6 months. The carotid arteries were assessed by Doppler ultrasonography.
