Determination of Saikosaponin a,d of Radix Bupleuri from Different Areas by HPLC / 浙江中医药大学学报

ABSTRACT

[Objective]To develop a method using HPLC for determination content of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d of Radix Bupleuri from different areas.[Method]ColumnYMC-Pack ODS-A C18(250?46 mm,5?m),mobile phaseacetonitrile-water(43∶57),detected wavelength203nm.[Results]The regression eguations of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d were Ya =1.223?106 X - 2.249 8?105(r = 0.999 9),Yd = 2.093?106 X - 4.786 2?105 (r = 0.999 8).The average recovery rates of saikosaponin a and saikosaponin d were 98.13 %,97.99 %.[Conclusion]The HPLC method is simply and suitable to control quantitative of radix bupleurum.
