Study on rational-emotional therapy in Inner Canon of Huangdi / 中华中医药杂志

ABSTRACT

According to the principles of cognitive psychology,the rational-emotional therapy has effectives on patients with emotional disorder in changing activating events,transferring their belief and then correcting their emotional experience.The content of emotional therapy and psychotherapy in Inner Canon of Huangdi arejoy prevailing over melancholy,anger prevailing over anxiety,fear prevailing over joy,sorrow prevailing over anger,anxiety prevailing over fear,and so on.It has practical clinic signifi cance.
