To discuss the changes of peripheral blood T Lymphocyte subsets in patients with chronic HBV infection to know the relation between T Lymphocyte subsets and HBV replication and the relationship between T Lymphocyte subsets and activity of liver cirrhosis.Methods:
Peripheral blood lymphocytes were analysed by flow cytometry in 99 patients with chronic HBV infection.Results:
