Conclusion:

rhGH can stimulate the growth of GHR2+ tumor cell lines such as SGC-7901 and weaken the inhibitory effect of 5-FU on GHR2+ tumor cells.However,such effect was not remarked for GHR+ tumor cells in vitro.
