Effects of Bu Shen Huo Xue on Ovarian Granulose Cell Apoptosis of DOS Rats Induced by GTW / 医学研究杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective To discuss the effects of BuShenHuoXue on ovarian granulose cell apoptosis of DOS rats induced by GTW. Methods Sixty 12 -week -old female SD rats were randomly divided into 6 groupscontrol, model GTW,low dose of BuShenHuoXue Formula, middle dose of BuShenHuoXue Formula, high dose of BuShenHuoXue Formula, and LiuWeiDiHuang soup group. The ovary index, pathomorphological configuration,the level of E_2 and FSH in blood serum, and the expression of granular cell apoptosis protein Bcl - 2, Bax and Caspase - 3 was obserred after giving rats the different drugs separately.
