Effect of BuShen Prescription on metabolism of collagen Ⅰ in ovariectomized rats / 中华中医药杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective:To study the effect of BuShen Prescription on metabolism of collagen Ⅰ in ovariectomized rats,which will provide experimental evidence for treating osteoporosis. Methods:50 Ovariectomized SD rats were randomLy divided into 5 groups,including normal control group,model group,positive control (OVX) group,Zuogui Wan group and Yougui Wan group,each group with 10 rats. After 12 weeks' routine feed,normal control group and model group were intragastric administrated with pure water,positive control group was intragastric administrated with conjugated estrogens water-solution,Zuogui Wan group was intragastric administrated with Zuogui Wan decoction,and Yougui Wan group was intragastric administrated with Yougui Wan decoction,then the PINP,DPYD/Cr,NTX/Cr were detected after ovariectomized rats were intragastric administrated with the schedule for 12 weeks.
