ABSTRACT

Objective: To observe the effect of Zhuangshui Gujin Strong Particles with western medicine on haemoptysis. Methods: 60 Patients with haemoptysis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 30 cases, the control group given conventional anti-inflammatory medicine to stop bleeding therapy, the treatment group were treated based on the use strong solid gold particles of water treatment regimen are 14d, 14d after the observation of clinical symptoms and signs to change the situation. Results: Clinical cure 22 patients was 73.3%; markedly effective in 6 cases, 20%; ineffective in 2 cases, 6.7%; the total effective rate was 93.3%. Control group, 14 cases were clinically cured, 46.7%; markedly effective in 6 cases, 20%; invalid l0 cases, 33.3% of the total effective rate was 66.7%.
