ABSTRACT

The expression of nm23 gene product/NDPK was studied in curatively resected human gastric carcinoma, using anti-NDPK polyclonal antibody. Of 115 patients tested, 59.1%(68/115) showed positive staining in the primary lesions, and 41.9%(36/86) were positive in the metastatic regional lymph nodes.
