Objective:
To optimize the extraction process for Semen Strychni and Ephedra Sinica in Jiufen Powder.Methods:
To determine the content of strychnine, brucine and ephedrine in extract solution by orthogonal design and TLC.Results:
The volume of solvent and the number of times of extration have notable effect for extraction. The best conditions are 10 times of the herb quantity of water, extract three times, 1 hour per time.
