ABSTRACT

Objective To study the relationship between genetic polymorphisms of cytochrome P450 2E1(CYP2E1) and susceptibility to gastric cancer. Methods Genotype of CYP2E1 was determined by polymorphism (PCR-RFLP) analysis on DNA in 92 patients with gastric cancer and 92 controls in case-control study.
