ABSTRACT

Objective:

To establish the quality assessment of Cordyceps and its cultured Cmycelia by TLC fingerprint, and to compare the content of the nucleotides between them.

Methods:

Adenosine, Uridine and Guannosine were detemined by TLC-Scanning samples were perfomed by fluorescence quenching analyis.

Results:

The contents of adenosiue, uridine, and guanosine from cordyceps mycelia were more than that of cordyceps from wildlife.

Conclusion:

This method is convenient and rapid, and it can effectively evaluate nucleotides in nature Cordyceps and culture Cordyceps.
