ABSTRACT
Objective:
To determine quercetin and kaempferol in stamen neulumbinis by HPLC.Methods:
Shim-pack CLC-ODS column was used. Mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.025% phosphate. UV detector wavelength was set at 370nm.Results:
The chromatographic peaks of quercetin and kaempferol and other components were completely separated. The average recovery was 96.8% and RSD was 1.97%.Conclusion:
The experiment provided new markers and a reliable method for the quality control of Stamen Neulumbinis.
