ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the relationship between the timing of functional training and its therapeutic effects on patients with cerebral infarction. Methods One hundred and fifty-six patients with cerebral infarction of internal carotid artery system were randomly and equally divided into three groups (groups A, B and C), and the functional training was initiated within 7d, 7～30d or over 30d after cerebral infarction in groups A, B, C, respectively.
