Effect of yinxingdamo for treatment of cerebral hemorrhage after intracranial hematoma microinvasive craniopuncture scavenging technique / 重庆医科大学学报

ABSTRACT

Objective:To investigate the effect of Yin Xing Da Mo for treatment of cerebral hemorrhage after intracranial hematoma microinvasive craniopuncture scavenging technique(MPST). Methods:93 cases of cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into therapeutic group(group A,n=54)and controlled group(group B,n=39). Two groups were used MPST and basic treatment. The group A were additionally used Yin Xing Da Mo 20ml,iv,qd,for 30days. Before treatment,and 7th,14th,30th after treatment,European Stroke Scale(EES),activity of daily living(ADL),routine examination,and complication were determined.
