Objective:
To establish proteomic technique system of human hepatocellular carcinoma cell line QCY-7701.Method:
Two different lysis buffer were taken to extract cell proteins. After two-dimensional gel electrophuresis (2-DE) and PDQuest analysis, 10 good-matched protein spots were chosen to be identified by MALDI-TOF-MS.Results:
