Study on Quality Standard of Heluoshugan Tablets / 中国中医药信息杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective To establish the quality standard of Heluoshugan Tablets. Method Rhizoma curcumae and Radix angelicae sinensis were identified by TLC. The content of Paeoniflorin was determined by HPLC. Result Rhizoma curcumae and Radix angelicae sinensis were identified qualitatively by TLC. The linear range of Paeoniflorin was 0.020 7～0.207 ?g (r=0.999 8). The average recovery was 99.20% (n=5, RSD=0.71%). Conclusion The established standard is suitable for the quality control of Heluoshugan Tablets.
