Determination of Caffeic Acid in Yinpujiedu Tablets by HPLC / 中国中医药信息杂志

ABSTRACT

Objective To establish the method for determination of caffeic acid in Yinpujiedu Tablets by HPLC. Methods Stationary phase was Lichrospher-C18 (4.6 mm?250 mm, 5 ?m), mobile phase was methanol-0.1% phosphoric (2674), detection wavelength was 323 nm, flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and column temperature was 30 ℃. Results The calibration curve were linear in the range of 0.778～2.72 ?g for caffeic acid (r=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 98.80%, RSD was 0.56%. Conclusion This method is simple and convenient for the operation. It is very accurate and suitable for the quality control of Yinpujiedu Tablets.
