Objective:Toinvestigate the influence of MMP7 antisense oligodeoxynucleotide(ASODN)on adhesion and invasion ofhuman lung adenocarcinoma cell line A549.Methods:Phosphorothioate MMP7 ASODN was transfected to A549 cells mediated by liposome.
