ABSTRACT

Objective:To study the law and significance of stress response after Vero-E6 cells infected with Hantavirus (HTV). Methods:The law of expression of HSP 70 and its mRNA level were detected by immunocytochemical staining, laser confocal microscope and RT-PCR.
