ABSTRACT
Objective To explore the diagnostic value of secretory phospholipase A2 (sPLA2) and lysophosphatic acid (LPA) for ovarian cancer and evaluate the correlation of sPLA2 activity and LPA level to the prognosis in the patients with ovarian cancer.Methods ~3H oleic acid labeled E. coli membrane and spectrophotometry were used to detect the original and recurrent ovarian cancer.
