ABSTRACT

Objective To explore the diagnostic value of secretory phospholipase A2 (sPLA2) and lysophosphatic acid (LPA) for ovarian cancer and evaluate the correlation of sPLA2 activity and LPA level to the prognosis in the patients with ovarian cancer.Methods ~3H oleic acid labeled E. coli membrane and spectrophotometry were used to detect the original and recurrent ovarian cancer.
