Objective:
To analyse the nurse scientific research task.Methods:
Retrospect analysis was carried out for nurse scientific research task in terms of subject distribution, task group member’s diploma, the title of a technical post,age distribution, etc.Results:
Scientific manage brought great effect, and the characteristics existed in the manage of nurse task.Conclusion:
Nurse scientific research management emphsizes on innovation.
