ABSTRACT

Objective To investigate the relationship between serum leptin concentration and type 2 diabetes mellitus (DM) with cerebral infarction (CI). Methods Serum leptin concentrations were measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent in 128 DM patients (65 male, 63 female and 62 lean, 66 obese and 63 complicated CI.
