Kayser-Fleischer ring is an excellent discriminatory test for the diagnosis of HLD patients with neurological or psychiatric symptom. 24 h urine copper is the best single screening test because it increases over 100 ?g/24 h in all patients who were taken the test. The B mote ultrasonic wave test for the liver and MRI for brain were helpful in detecting the damage in the liver and brain.
