ABSTRACT

Objective:

To study the state of prison police officers'sleep quality and anxiety, depression and their relationship.

Methods:

Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) , Self Rating Anxiety Scale (SAS) and Self Rating Depression Scale (SDS) were evaluated the sleep, anxiety and depression status of 2093 prison police officers of Guangdong Province Prison Administration Bureau.

Results:

The average score of PSQI was 7. 10 ?3.68, 40.71% had sleep problem. The average score of SAS was 41. 64 ?7. 66, 11. 94% officers had anxiety problem. The average score of SDS was 45. 11?8. 01, and 26. 99% had depression problem. The score of PSQI among policemen was higher than that of policewomen officers. The anxiety problem and the SAS?
