ABSTRACT

The quality of technicians is the dominate factor to determine the level of medical engineering section.The key to improving technical skills is to do basic jobs.During the Tenth Five-Year-Plan,we not only did many basic jobs and research works in science but did a lot of revolutions in order to accelerate the development of medical engineering and improve the working quality.Compared with the past,we have made great progress and development in standardized management,technology support,technician education,scientific researches,studies,technology level,the quality of service,etc.
