ABSTRACT

Objective To explore expression of nuclear factor kappa B (NF-κB) and change of peripheral blood dendritic cells(DCs) surface. Methods The expression of NF-κB and DCs in kidney of 40 LN cases were measured,by ALP-anti-ALP mice immune complex law(APAAP) and density gradient separation centrifugal meth-ods.
