ABSTRACT

There are lack fair standard research on relationship between doctors and patients from the views of law & ethic,in current day.The paper did comparative research and pointed out that legal disputes between doctor and patient are mainly due to legal responsibility.From these results,we know it has extremely animoprtant significances to strengthen medical moral construction in medical departments.
