ABSTRACT

As management is a key drive for Research and Development (R&D),it is significant to optimize management of Chinese science research institutions.Laboratory of Molecular Biology (LMB) of the UK is a world-leading research institution,which has been brilliant in scientific inventions and discoveries.This study introduced LMB's competitive advantages and specific measures for future sustainable development,so as to provide reference for the management of Chinese research institutions.
